Squire Consulting Group was founded to bring a level of financial rigor to Ghana's growing manufacturers and wholesalers that's normally reserved for companies large enough to have their own finance department.

Our founder brings over ten years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including supply chain finance at Unilever, warehouse operations at Luxottica, and global real estate and facilities finance at Microsoft. Today, we consult under confidential engagements with aerospace manufacturers across North America. That same skill set, applied to a mid-size manufacturer or wholesaler, can surface problems, theft, shrinkage, margin leakage, cash mismanagement, that often go unnoticed for years simply because no one had the time or training to look closely.

We started this firm because too many good, hardworking business owners are making six-figure decisions on gut feeling, not because they don't care about their numbers, but because no one has ever shown them what those numbers are actually saying. We believe that should change, and that it doesn't require an expensive, foreign consulting firm to fix it. It requires someone who understands both the numbers and the realities of running a business here.
